  1. Check that you have your eyes open.

  2. That has happened to us with another TV brand, but what we found out was that the TV picture was not turned on, but the sound was. I would try actually pressing the power button that is /ON/ the TV, it may help!

  3. possibly a scart problem? if your connecting it to any other devices etc, cable, sky, dvd player etc. that could be the problem, other than that i dont really know whats wrong, sorry… try reading the manual that came with the tele

  5. I would definitely contact the manufacture to fix the problem. If you tried checking other inputs with the same result, the screen may have fried. If it’s a rear-projection tv, what normally happens after around a few years of use is the bulb within the tv gets burnt out and needs to be replaced. This should cost around a $200-$300 and should last for another few years. If it’s a LCD or plasma, it might be more complicated and will need to be looked at or returned for a new set.
